Sumeria AI helps you explore ideas, prepare project work, and collaborate more effectively. These terms explain how to use the tools and what you can expect from Sumer Innovations, Inc.
1. Your account and access
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, personal right to use Sumeria under these terms and your selected plan. This permission cannot be transferred or sublicensed. Keep your account information accurate and your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
2. Using the tools responsibly
Use Sumeria for lawful work. Do not interfere with the service, bypass access restrictions, reverse engineer the platform, resell access, remove ownership notices, or present its outputs in a misleading way. Use of Sumeria does not grant a right to incorporate or distribute the platform as part of another product without permission.
3. Working with AI
AI can produce incomplete or inaccurate results. Review outputs for your project, verify relevant facts and requirements, and use qualified professional judgment when work calls for it. Sumeria supports your work; it does not provide licensed professional services, certification, or a professional seal.
Before using outputs for construction, permitting, code compliance, engineering, or safety decisions, have them checked by an appropriately qualified professional. You and your project team remain responsible for final decisions and deliverables.
4. Your files and content
Upload only content you have the right to use and share. You remain responsible for its accuracy, permissions, confidentiality, and lawful use. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
5. Platform ownership and feedback
Sumer Innovations and its licensors retain ownership of the platform, software, designs, and related materials. You may share feedback voluntarily; we may use it to improve the service without an obligation to compensate you.
6. Service availability
We continue to develop Sumeria, so features may change or occasionally be unavailable. The service and its outputs are provided as available, without warranties of accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Responsibility and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sumer Innovations is not liable for losses arising from use of the service or reliance on its outputs, including project delays, lost profits, data loss, or indirect and consequential damages. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Sumer Innovations against third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use, violation of these terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.
8. Account changes and suspension
We may restrict or suspend access for misuse, security concerns, or violations of these terms. The Terms & Conditions and your selected plan also apply to your account and purchases.
9. Updates and questions
These terms and the linked Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy describe our agreement for your use of Sumeria. We may update the terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update takes effect means acceptance of the updated terms, subject to applicable law.
